Partner rules
  • Share your tracked link with business owners. Credit goes to the first tracked link that starts an application, and that never changes.
  • You never text, call or email anyone on behalf of Clearwater, and you never present yourself as Clearwater.
  • You never promise a business it will get funded, and you never promise a rate, amount or speed.
  • No bought lists, no paying people to apply, and no selling or sending leads to anyone else.
  • You earn a share of the commission Clearwater receives on funded deals you refer. Your rate shows in your portal. Renewals of that business within 24 months pay the same rate.
  • If a funder takes back our commission, your share comes back in the same proportion, usually from future payouts.
  • Payouts go out after the funder pays us, and a person reviews every one.
