Who we are
Enroll Health Direct ("we", "us", "our") operates a free service that matches consumers with licensed insurance agents who offer limited medical, fixed indemnity, and supplemental health coverage. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information about visitors to enrollhealthdirect.com (the "Site") and people who request a plan match through our service.
Information we collect
When you use the Site, we may collect:
- Information you provide: name, date of birth, state of residence, household income range, current insurance situation, phone number, and email address, as you enter them in our matching survey.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. Collected automatically to operate the Site and prevent abuse.
- Communication records: records of phone calls, text messages, and email exchanges between you and our team or our licensed agent partners.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, banking information, or full medical histories through the Site. Any of that information you choose to share later in the enrollment process goes directly to the licensed insurance carrier and is governed by their privacy policies.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Match you with a licensed insurance agent appropriate for your state and situation
- Allow that agent to contact you with plan options
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Communicate with you about your inquiry
- Comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud or abuse
Communications consent (TCPA)
By submitting your information through the Site, you expressly authorize Enroll Health Direct and its licensed insurance agent partners to contact you by phone (including by autodialer or pre-recorded message), text message (SMS or MMS), or email at the contact information you provide.
This consent applies even if your number appears on any federal or state Do Not Call registry. Consent to contact is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, hanging up on any call, replying UNSUBSCRIBE to any email, or contacting us at the phone number below.
Who we share information with
We share your information with:
- Licensed insurance agents in our network who are matched to assist you. These agents are licensed in the state where they offer products and are bound by state insurance regulations.
- Service providers we use to operate the Site (hosting, communications, analytics, security). These providers process information on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law, court order, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information to mass marketers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality (remembering where you left off in the survey), analytics (understanding how visitors use the Site), and security (preventing spam and abuse). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent the Site from working correctly.
Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including TLS/SSL encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and routine security review — to protect the information you submit. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Access & correction: contact us to request a copy of the information we have about you or to correct it.
- Deletion: contact us to request deletion of your information. Some records may be retained for legal or compliance purposes.
- Opt-out of communications: reply STOP to texts, UNSUBSCRIBE to emails, or tell any caller to remove you from their contact list.
- California residents: you have additional rights under the CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
